Adding a Tool Link to the Course Menu

To add a tool link to the course menu:

1. Click on the plus sign on the upper left-hand side of the course menu.
2. Choose "Tool Link" from the drop-down list. 
   
   
   
   
3. Add a name for the tool link, choose the tool type, and choose whether or not the new tool link will be available to students. 
4. Click "Submit" to create the tool link, or "Cancel" to delete the tool link. 
   
   
   
   
5. The new tool link appears at the bottom of the course menu. Drag the new tool link to the desired location using the drag-and-drop arrow.
