Under Course Tools in Course Management, click Blackboard Collaborate Ultra.
- Click on the Course Room Options circle.
- Select Edit settings from the menu.
- Make sure the Guest access box is checked.
- Under Room Attributes switch Allow Guests to ON.
- Click Save.
- Click Invite Guests.
- If you will be composing your notification, copy the Public URL, and send it to your guests. Otherwise, enter guest emails and click Add.
- Click Send Invitation.
- Provide the session URL (if you are sending it yourself) Choose an appropriate Guest role. Guest instructors will need the Presenter role. If guests also need to record the session, they will need the Moderator role. See more information on Managing Participants in a session.
- Copy the Guest link.
- Click Save.
- Provide the session guest URL and guest access instructions to your guests.
