  1. Under Course Tools in Course Management, click Blackboard Collaborate Ultra

  2. Click on the Course Room Options circle.

  8. If you will be composing your notification, copy the Public URL, and send it to your guests. Otherwise, enter guest emails and click Add

  10. Provide the session URL (if you are sending it yourself) Choose an appropriate Guest role. Guest instructors will need the Presenter role. If guests also need to record the session, they will need the Moderator role. See more information on Managing Participants in a session
