Recording instructions
Some instructors choose to use Collaborate Ultra as a tool for student presentations. If your instructor asks you to record a presentation for your class, you can click the headings below (Share files, Share application, Share whiteboard) to learn how to add specific types of content to your presentation.
When you are ready to record your presentation (files, applications, whiteboard).

- After you have joined the Collaborate room, click the Share Content (+) button.
- Click Share Files.
- Click the + button to select files from your computer.*
*Optionally, drag and drop files directly into the Add Files Here box. - Click the file you wish to share and then click Open.
- Click on the file you would like to share and then click Share Now.
- Click on a particular slide to begin sharing content at the slide.
- To scroll through the slides, use the arrows at the top of the page.
- Optionally, use the tools on the top left of the Collaborate page to annotate your images.
- When you are ready to stop sharing your presentation, click Stop Sharing in the top right corner of the Collaborate window.

- After you have joined the Collaborate room, click the Share Content (+) button.

(Click image to enlarge) - Click on the application that you would like to share and click Share.
(Click image to enlarge) - The application will then appear in the Collaborate window. Whatever you do on the original application page will be shown in the Collaborate window.
(Click image to enlarge) - When you are ready to end application sharing, click Stop Sharing in the top right corner of the Collaborate window.
