Some instructors choose to use Collaborate Ultra as a tool for student presentations. If your instructor asks you to record a presentation for your class, you can click the headings below to learn how to add specific types of content to your presentation (files, applications, whiteboard).

- After you have joined the Collaborate room, click the Share Content (+) button.
(Click image to enlarge) - Click Share Application in the Share Content window.
(Click image to enlarge) - Click on the application that you would like to share and click Share.
(Click image to enlarge) - The application will then appear in the Collaborate window. Whatever you do on the original application page will be shown in the Collaborate window.
(Click image to enlarge) - When you are ready to end application sharing, click Stop Sharing in the top right corner of the Collaborate window.
