Step 2. Log-in to the training.
Go to your training's homepage: https://lhaboardtraining.umassonline.net/
Type in your email address and your password, and then click the purple button that says "Click here to Enter."
Your password is LHATraining. Use the email address that your Executive Director submitted to DHCD on your behalf. If you aren't sure what that is, email us and we can tell you. (include support email here.)
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
