  1. Navigate to https://lhaboardtraining.umassonline.net/
  2. On the login page, select Forgot Your Password? or Forgot Password?
  3. Type your first name, last name, and username. You need an active email address associated with your account to receive instructions. Or, type your first name, last name, and email address.
  4. Select Submit.
After you submit your information, you can create a new password based on instructions you receive in an email. Your current password remains active until you change it

Step 2. Log-in to the training.

    Go to your training's homepage: https://lhaboardtraining.umassonline.net/

    Type in your email address and your password, and then click the purple button that says "Click here to Enter." Your password is LHATraining.  Use the email address that your Executive Director submitted to DHCD on your behalf.  If you aren't sure what that is, email us and we can tell you. (include support email here.)

  • You have successfully logged in when you see your personal course landing page.  Click the course title to enter the training.
