Some instructors choose to use Collaborate Ultra as a tool for student presentations. If your instructor asks gives you permission to record a presentation for your classadd content to a Collaborate session, you can click the headings below to learn how to add specific types of content to your presentation (files, applications, whiteboard).  various types of content by reviewing the info below.

Share Files

  1. After you have joined the Collaborate room, click the Share Content (+) button.

  2. Click the + button to select the + Add Files Button to select files from your computer.*

    *Optionally, drag and drop files directly into the the Add Files Here box box.
  3. Click the file you wish to share and then click click Open.

  4. Click on the file you would like to share and then click click Share Now.

  5. Click on a particular slide to begin sharing content at the slide.

  6. To scroll through the slides, use the arrows at the top of the page.

  7. When you are ready to stop sharing your presentation, click click Stop Sharing in  in the top right corner of the Collaborate window.

  3. Click on the application share content icon (third from the left) on the bottom Blackboard Collaborate Ultra menu. Click Share Application/Screen.
