Edit Audio & Video SettingsSome instructors choose to use Collaborate Ultra as a tool for student presentations. If your instructor asks you to record a presentation for your class, you can click the headings below (Share Files, Share Application, Share Whiteboard) to learn how to add specific types of content to your presentation.
Recording a Presentation
When you are ready to record your presentation, follow the steps shown below.
- Click the More Tools button at the bottom of the Collaborate window.
(Click image to enlarge) - Click Start Recording when you are ready to begin recording.
(Click image to enlarge) - A video camera icon with a red dot will appear at the top of the Collaborate window to indicate that your session is being recorded.
(Click image to enlarge) - When you are ready to stop recording, click the More Tools button at the bottom of the Collaborate window.

2. Click on the application/screen that you would like to share. 3. Select your screen you want to share and click Allow. 4. The application will then appear in the Collaborate Ultra window. Whatever you dois on the original application pageselected screen will be shown inon the Collaborate windowcollaborate window. (Click image to enlarge)When 5.
