Share Files

1. After you have joined the Collaborate room, click share content icon (third from the left) on the bottom Blackboard Collaborate Ultra menu. 

1. Click Share Files.

2. Click the file you wish to share and then

1. click Open.

2. Click on the file you would like to share and then

1. click Share Now.

2. Click on a particular slide to begin sharing content at the slide.

3. To scroll through the slides, use the arrows at the top of the page. Optionally, use the tools on the top left of the Collaborate page to annotate your images.

4. When you are ready to stop sharing your presentation, click Stop Sharing in the top right corner of the Collaborate window.

5.  When you are ready to end application sharing, click stop sharing

1.  Click Share Blank Whiteboard.
