Embed Echo360 Videos

To embed Echo360 videos into your course in Blackboard, follow these steps. This feature is currently not available in Moodle.

  1. Log in to your Blackboard course. Navigate to the area within your course where you want to embed the video.

  2. Click the Build Content button.

  3. Choose Item from the Build Content menu.

  4. Enter a name for the link to the video.

  5. Click on the Mashups button in the Visual Text Editor.

  6. Click Echo360 Video Library.

  7. In the popup window, click on the capture you want to embed. You can also upload a new video by selecting the "Upload Existing Media" tab at the top of the pop-up.

  8. Select the Size dropdown menu to select the size of your embedded video.

  9. Select the Insert button to embed the chosen video.

  10. The video will appear as a frame that says Echo360. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save the item.
