Allow guests in room

If you will be having guests who are not enrolled in your Blackboard courses joining the room, you will need to allow guest access. 

1. Under Course Tools in Course Management, click Blackboard Collaborate. 
   
2. Under either the Course or Instructor room, click Allow Guests. 
   
3. Switch Allow Guests to ON. 
   
4. If you will be composing your notification, copy the Public URL, and send it to your guests. Otherwise, enter guest emails and click Add. 
   
5. Click Send Invitation.
   
6. Provide the session URL (if you are sending it yourself) and /wiki/spaces/MAR/pages/14190560 to your guests.
