Mail Tools: Messages & Email

The Messages and Send Email tools allow for direct communication between instructors and students within Blackboard. Instructors may also use the external UMass email system for formal correspondence. Below you will find links to pages that explain both of these tools in depth. Instructors may use some or all of these communication tools at their discretion.
