If your instructor has decided to use blogs in your class and if they have created the blogs, you will be able to make entries. Blogs can be public to the class, or private to the student and instructor. Blog entries can include text, images, links, multimedia, mashups and attachments. Students are encouraged to use Blogs to express themselves and share ideas with the class.

Blogs can be owned by an individual student or can belong to a group of students. If a Blog belongs to a group, each student in that group is able to post in the blog. Other students in the course that are not in the group are able to view the blog, but they cannot make posts in another group's blog.

Your profile picture will appear next to your Individual Blogs. If you would like to change or add a profile picture, go to the Global Navigation Menu, and click on the picture icon in the upper left-hand corner.
