Accessing the Blogs Tool

Via Course Tools:

Select the Tools link from the course menu.
Select Blogs from the list of Tools.

Via Content Areas:

Select a content area from the Course Menu.
Click the Tools tab on the action bar.
Select Blogs from the drop-down list.
