  1. Hover over the plus sign at the top of your course menu, and select Tool Link. 
  2. Select Blackboard Collaborate Scheduling Manager from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter a Name for the tool link, check the Available to Users box, and click Submit. 
  4. Provide students with instructions for joining a Collaborate Meeting or viewing playing a recording.
