Add Tool Link to Course Menu

Follow the instructions below to add a Blackboard Collaborate Ultra tool link to your course menu. The tool link gives students easy access to the Collaborate room, sessions and recordings. You can also /wiki/spaces/MAR/pages/14190152.

  1. Hover over the plus sign at the top of your course menu, and select Tool Link.

  2. Select Blackboard Collaborate Ultra from the drop-down menu.

  3. Enter a Name for the tool link, check the Available to Users box, and click Submit.

  4. Provide students with instructions for joining a Collaborate Meeting or playing a recording.
