1. Under Course Tools in Course Management, click Blackboard Collaborate.

2. Click Edit Room. 
   
3. Under Room Attributes switch Allow Guests to ON. 
   
4. Click Save.
   
5. Click Invite Guests. 
   
6. If you will be composing your notification, copy the Public URL, and send it to your guests. Otherwise, enter guest emails and click Add. 
   
7. Click Send Invitation.
   
8. Provide the session URL (if you are sending it yourself) and guest access instructions to your guests.
