There are two tools in the Blackboard Learn learning management system (Messages and Send Email) that allow for communication between instructors and students. Below you will find links to pages that explain both of these tools in depth. Instructors may also like you to use the external UMass email system for formal correspondence. Instructors may use some or all of these communication tools at their discretion.
