Mail Tools: Messages & Email

There are two tools in the Blackboard Learn learning management system (The Messages and Send Email ) that tools allow for direct communication between instructors and students within Blackboard. Instructors may also use the external UMass email system for formal correspondence. Below you will find links to pages that explain both of these tools in depth. Instructors may also like you to use the external UMass email system for formal correspondence. Instructors may use some or all of these communication tools at their discretion.
