Add tool link to course menu

Follow the instructions below to add a Blackboard Collaborate Ultra tool link to your course menu. The tool link gives students easy access to the Collaborate room as well as any recordings. If you only want to give students access to the room, see instructions for adding a Blackboard Collaborate room link to a content area. 

1. Hover over the plus sign at the top of your course menu, and select Tool Link. 
   
2. Select Blackboard Collaborate Ultra from the drop-down menu. 
   
3. Enter a Name for the tool link, check the Available to Users box, and click Submit. 
   
4. Provide students with instructions for joining a Collaborate Meeting or playing a recording.
