After you log into Blackboard Learn, you will see the My UMass Amherst interface, where you can access your courses, grades and methods of communication, among other options. The numbers in the image above correspond to the table below. Please read through the descriptions to understand the information available to you on the My UMass Amherst page.

Number	Description
1	My Courses This area provides access to the courses in which you are enrolled.
2	Help Desk Information This area displays information on how to get 24/7 Help with Blackboard Learn, as well as how to get help with your UMass account information, UMass email, and SPIRE. Click "Access the Student Orientation & Resource" to review video tutorials and other instructional materials related to taking classes at UMass Amherst.
3	My Announcements All announcements made in all courses that you are enrolled in are listed here.
4	My Messages The My Messages area shows a listing of all courses that have unread messages.
5	UMass Course Evaluation The UMass Course Evaluation section displays all available evaluations for your courses. You should expect to see this module populated with evaluations closer to the end of the semester in which you are enrolled.

6	My UMass Amherst Page The My UMass Amherst page is the main page to view all courses for which you are enrolled. The My UMass Amherst Page also allows you to access your Tools, Announcements, Tasks, and Calendar Modules, as well as any others that you add to the My UMass Amherst Page.
7	Global Navigation Menu The Global Navigation Menu provides users an area to access important information about their courses quickly and conveniently from one location. Students can view their progress and grades in their courses, and can view reminders of assignments that are due.
8	Help & Resources The Help & Resources page provides a list of resources such as the W.E.B DuBois Library website, the Continuing and Professional Education homepage, UMass Amherst Disability Services, and the UMass Amherst OMBUDS office.
9	Logout The Logout button allows you to log out of Blackboard Learn.
