You can hide content areas to prevent students from seeing them. This does not delete the content, so you can make it visible again at a later date or and time.

To hide a content area:

  1. Navigate to the Content Folder or other item you would like to hide. Hover your mouse over the name of the item, then click on the Action Link (button with a chevron) that appears to the right of the item's name.

  2. Click Edit on the drop-down list to open the Edit page.

  3. Scroll down to the Standard Options. To hide the item from students, set "Permit Users to View this Content" to No. To un-hide an item, set this option to Yes.

  1. want to set a specific date and time that the content will become available, set Permit Users to View this Content
