  1. Open the Grade Center menu in your Course Menu and click Full Grade Center.

  2. Navigate to the column you would like to hide using the horizontal scroll bar. If the column has a green checkmark next check mark next to the name, it is set as the “external grade” and will be exported to spire at the end of the course. If the column does not have the checkmarkcheck mark, follow the instructions to Hide a Grade Center Column from Students.
  3. Click the action button Action Link next to the name of the column.

  4. Click “Edit Edit Column Information” in Information in the drop-down menu.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit page to the Options section. Select the “No” bubble No bubble next to “Show Show this column to students”students.

  6. Click the “Submit” button Submit button in the bottom-right of the window.
  7. The column is now hidden. Columns that are not visible to students have an icon to the left of the column’s name showing a circle with a red slash.

    1. To make the column visible to students, open the action button link menu and click “Edit Edit Column Information” Information, then change “Show Show this column to students” under students under Options to “Yes” Yes.
