Hiding a Grade Center Column from Students

  1. Open the Grade Center menu in your Course Menu and click Full Grade Center.

  2. Navigate to the column you would like to hide using the horizontal scroll bar.

  3. Click the action link next to the name of the column. If there is a green check mark next to the column name, see Hiding An "External Grade" Grade Center Column From Students.

  4. Click Hide from Students (on/off) in the drop-down menu.

  5. The column is now hidden. Columns that are not visible to students have an icon to the left of the column’s name showing a circle with a red slash.

    1. To make the column visible to students, open the action link menu and click Hide from Students (on/off). If the column does not show the circle with the red slash, it is visible to students.
