Hide and Show Course Menu Items

When you create items on your Course Menu, you are able to hide items and show items to students. 

To Hide a Course Menu item:

1. Locate the Course Menu Item that you wish to hide. 

2. Click on the item's action link.

3. Choose Hide Link from the drop-down menu.

   Click Hide link

   
   
   
   

4. When the item has been hidden, there is a grey and white square with a line through it next to the item. This icon indicates that the item has been hidden.

   An icon will appear next to the item when it is hidden

To Show a Course Menu Item:

1. Locate the hidden Course Menu Item that you wish to show.

2. Click on the item's Action Link.

3. Choose Show Link from the drop-down menu. 
   
   
   

   Open

   

   Click show link

4. When the item is shown to students, the hidden icon - the grey and white square with the line through it, will disappear.
