Sharing Zoom Cloud Recordings


Please be aware that Zoom cloud recordings are only saved for 120 days, and then will automatically be deleted. We recommend downloading your Zoom cloud recordings and /wiki/spaces/MAR/pages/14190386 to store and link to videos that will be needed for longer than 120 days.

You can also set up Zoom so that cloud recording are automatically backed up in Echo360.

To add a Zoom recording link to your course:

  1. Navigate to the content area or folder location in your course where the meeting link will appear.
  2. Choose Build Content from the Action Bar at the top of the content area.

  3. Click Web Link on the drop-down menu under Create.

  4. Enter a name for the link to the recording into the Name text box.

  5. Enter the Zoom URL for the recorded meeting into the URL text box.

  6. Click into the Description text box and add a description for the recording link.

  7. Click the Submit button.
