Mail Tools: Messages & Email

Your instructor should explain which type of correspondence is desired for your course. There are two tools in the Blackboard Learn learning management system (Messages and Send Email) that allow for communication between instructors and students. Below you will find links to pages that explain both of these tools in depth. Your instructor may also like you to use your external, UMass email addresses for formal correspondence.
